Hi, I’m Emily!
I’m a mom, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and someone who deeply understands the challenges when your baby isn’t comfortable in their little body.
After years of working with babies and their families as a PT, my passion for helping babies grew with my own motherhood journey. I experienced firsthand what it feels like to have questions, countless worries, and a deep desire to make things “better” for your little one. That experience inspired me to specialize in gentle, hands-on approaches that support infants in feeling calm, connected, and free to move and feed comfortably.
From the outside, feeding, sleeping, and movement all seem so natural— but for many babies it’s not that simple. When infants struggle with body tension, difficulty feeding, or just don’t seem at ease, it can affect everything— your baby’s comfort, your confidence (I’ve been there!), and your family’s rhythm.
At Be Still Wellness LLC, I combine my years of providing infant physical therapy with craniosacral therapy and lactation support to guide families toward comfort, mobility, and connection—helping babies thrive and parents feel empowered!
Every session is centered around hands-on therapeutic techniques, compassion, education, and partnership based on you and your baby’s individual needs. My mission is to create a space where both you and your baby can exhale, feel seen, improve mobility, and find stillness.
My mission
Infant Physical Therapy
As a PT, I assess your baby’s flexibility, strength, muscle tone/posture, and movement milestones. The way babies move can tell us so much about what may be going on in their tiny body. I will tailor our therapy sessions to your baby’s personalized needs and I will teach you how to support your baby’s movement and flexibility with customized home programs. I work with:
Infant muscle restrictions
Tension of fascia
Muscle strength imbalances
Tongue/oral ties (before and after oral releases)
Developmental milestones & gross motor skills
Torticollis (head turn preference)
Head shape asymmetry
Infants that have spent time in a NICU, & more

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle form of therapeutic bodywork, where I provide extremely gentle touch to areas of your infant’s body to release tension of the fascia and to support nervous system regulation. I have traveled across the country to learn CST from world renown CST practitioners, and I am so passionate about making this therapy accessible to infants and families who need it.
CST can help with:
Releasing tension related to your baby’s birth
Mobility/ease of movement
Muscle tension & discomfort
Feeding difficulties & tongue/oral ties
Digestion & reflux
Colic & uncomfortable infants
Sleep challenges
Nervous system regulation & stress
Postpartum recovery, & much more
Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS)
As a CBS, I provide gentle, evidence-based support to families as they navigate their feeding journey. Whether you’re working through latch challenges, discomfort, or milk supply concerns, my goal is to help both you and your baby feel calm, confident, and connected. With hands-on guidance and compassion, I walk alongside you to make feeding a more comfortable and nurturing experience. We are stronger together, and I collaborate/refer to lactation consultants and other healthcare professionals when needed.
